HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician (FM or IM training) to help grow our primary care team in Breese, IL. Breese is a quiet, safe rural community with easy access to the metro-east suburbs and a short drive to St. Louis. Position Details:

• Well established, growing practice.
• Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
• 100% Outpatient Practice

Position Requirements:

• Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
• Board Certified or Board Eligibility through ABFM or ABIM

Compensation Package Details:

• Pay Range: $320,106-$390,656
• Sign on bonusRelocation funds

Core Function:

• Provider Education

Clinical doctorate is required. Experience Qualifications Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed physician in the state of practice is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty. Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program. Must be board certified or board eligible.
