Compensation:

$115,500 - $194,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Participate in structured coaching sessions to master prospecting and sharpen your sales approach.
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
• Utilize exclusive leads to connect with prospective buyers and sellers, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
• Stay informed on market trends and industry best practices to offer clients the most current advice.
• Facilitate property showings and open houses, delivering exceptional service from first contact to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster a referral-driven business model over time.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and supportive culture.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends and a commitment to staying informed.
