Warehouse Associate | Direct Hire Opportunity

Pay: $23.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting daily warehouse and production operations. You will be responsible for inventory movement, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and ensuring production teams have the materials they need to succeed. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

• Pick, pack, and move inventory accurately throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Prepare, verify, and organize inbound and outbound orders
• Supply materials and components to production teams
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control activities
• Safely operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
• Update inventory records using computer and ERP systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement

• 1+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
• Experience with order picking, material handling, and inventory management
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the shift
• Experience operating pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude

• Experience using NetSuite or other ERP systems
• Cycle counting, inventory auditing, or warehouse tracking experience
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
• Experience supporting production or manufacturing operations

This is a Permanent position based out of Broomfield, CO.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
