Industrial Facility Design & Construction Lead

Project Responsibilities Preparing architectural, engineering, and cost estimates, functional studies, construction plans, specifications, and schedules associated with utility infrastructure, building and other industrial construction projects Recommending architectural and engineering design procedures and standards for the planning and design of facilities Supervising the detailed design, budgetary costing, standardized construction, and final inspection of facility projects Conducting construction surveillance to ensure adherence to contractual requirements Providing engineering consulting services to US Federal clients throughout the world Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture At least 5 years of related industrial facility experience Heavy industrial, medium voltage, and crane experience per your discipline’s involvement in those fields US Citizenship Ideal Additional Qualifications Professional Registration (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) is preferred. Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification will be considered for Project Management position Demonstrated design and project management experience within Federal and/or DOD markets Security clearance is preferred Benefits Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
