Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse in Englewood, Colorado. This position involves providing patient care on a general surgical unit with a focus on wound and dressing care for post-op burn and flap patients. The role requires collaboration within a team of healthcare professionals to deliver quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 07/20/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure, minimum 1-year acute care hospital Med/Surg experience, BLS certification, location in Colorado
• Preferred Qualifications: Burn Care experience, Wound Care, Ostomy Care experience, ACLS certification
• Additional Information: This unit has 18-20 beds with a team of approximately 35 staff members including charge nurses, registered nurses, LPNs, and PCTs. Equipment used includes Hoyer lifts, air taps, wound vacs, and PCA. The typical patient ratio is 6:1 with an LPN. The unit employs procedures focused on wound and dressing care for post-op burn and flap patients. The team values team players who exhibit a positive attitude and adaptability.
