Kelly Services is seeking Warehouse Workers at a well-known Distribution Center in  Tilton, NH. As a  Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various positions including returns and packing orders.
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:45am-3:15pm
Weekly Pay
Immediate start

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receive new merchandise from factories and prepare garments and accessories for shipment to customers or retail stores
- Select customer orders and ensure accurate and timely picking and packing of products
- Put away returns and maintain proper organization of inventory
- Follow detailed instructions to carry out tasks effectively and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions to ensure smooth workflow
- Pay attention to detail to maintain high quality standards
- Be flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
- Make judgment calls on quality to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking and packing orders
- Flexibility and multitasking abilities to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
- Experience making judgment calls on quality would be an asset
