Senior Software Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our talented engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical components of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets user needs and aligns with our strategic goals. Responsibilities Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions for our conversational agent platform. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define system architecture and functional requirements. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and promoting engineering excellence within the team. Troubleshoot and debug applications, resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure optimal system performance. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying relevant advancements to improve our platform. Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on technical challenges and career development. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on developing scalable applications. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with familiarity with frameworks relevant to our platform. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
