Nationwide B2B Field Sales Rep - Territory Growth & Demos

Sales representative in field service (m/f/d) nationwide - various regions To strengthen our sales team in the field, we are looking for Sales representative (m/f/d) in B2B sales (various regions in Germany) You give the premium quality brand IBS a face and represent our company locally in your sales area Sustainable expansion and maintenance of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers Individualised technical application advice and practical product demonstrations of our cleaning and maintenance products Responsibility for your sales territory and its development What you bring with you: Enjoy selling and dealing with customers Several years of professional experience in field sales and B2B direct sales Ideally experience in sales/product consulting for industrial cleaning agents and maintenance products - industry knowledge is a plus, but not essential, career changers are welcome Experienced with IT Goal-orientated and success-conscious way of working Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a confident demeanour What we offer you: Performance-related remuneration with attractive social benefits, company pension scheme and additional holiday days Competitive basic salary with performance-related bonuses and commission model Modern technical equipment: laptop, smartphone, access to advanced sales tools and CRM systems Clearly defined sales territories and existing customers to support Support from an experienced internal sales team Crisis-proof and permanent job in a respected family business Collegial working environment with flat hierarchies and an open communication culture Excellent development and training opportunities Break new ground with us and apply now!
