Develop financial models to forecast revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow. Analyze monthly financial performance and explain budget variances. Evaluate project profitability, gross margins, and operational performance. Prepare executive-level financial reporting packages and KPI dashboards. Assist with backlog, pipeline, and revenue forecasting. Perform scenario analysis and business case modeling for strategic initiatives. Partner with operations, accounting, and executive leadership to provide financial insights that improve business performance. Help automate reporting processes and improve financial reporting efficiency. Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience. Construction, engineering, contractor, or project-based industry experience preferred. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, and job costing. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience building financial models and analyzing large datasets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly organized with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Experience: Multi-entity construction organization ERP systems (NetSuite, Vista, Sage, CMiC, Foundation, etc.) Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms WIP Reporting Percentage of Completion Accounting Project Financial Analysis KPI Dashboard Development Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
