Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Registered Nurse Medical-Surgical

Shifts available: Days; 12-hour shifts.

Contract length: 13 weeks; Guaranteed hours: 36 hours/week.

Active Registered Nurse license in the state.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.

BLS certification required.

Experience with EMR systems.

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.

Monitor and record patient conditions, and report changes as necessary.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.

Assist in the development of patient care plans.
