Travel LPN - LPN

American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, requiring 1+ year of experience and offering 13-week night shift coverage.

Job Details

• Work in a long-term care/skilled nursing care center (30-bed unit),
• Patient population includes mild dementia and bariatric cases,
• Patient ratios of 30:1 with 2 med aides, or 15:1,
• Uses MatrixCare/Matrix EMR for charting,
• Night shift schedule, 7p-7a, 12-hour shifts,
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required,
• No on-call or call-back requirements,

Job Requirements

• Active LPN license required, if applicable,
• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required,
• BLS certification required,
• Driver's license required for consideration,
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including employment dates and rehire eligibility,

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care in a post-acute, long-term care setting,
• Weekend and holiday coverage required as part of the schedule,
