What You’ll Be DoingAs an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our park runs smoothly and our guests leave with smiles on their faces. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the management team in daily operations to maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment.
- Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Assisting with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
- Monitoring park activities to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Contributing to a positive team culture that makes Slick City Action Park a great place to work.
We’re seeking someone who’s ready to bring their energy and leadership skills to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Personality: A friendly, approachable, and reliable individual who thrives on teamwork and guest satisfaction.
