Morning Order Packer (Part-Time, Daily Shifts)
Burlington, WI 53105 · Part-time · ~4 hours/day, 5 days/week · $[XX]/hour
We're a fast-growing e-commerce business selling fragrance decants through TikTok Shop live auctions, and we ship orders every day. We're hiring reliable morning packers to get each day's orders boxed, labeled, and ready for pickup.
What you'll do
- Pack and label daily orders accurately from a pick list
- Fill and cap small fragrance bottles, apply labels, and bag items neatly
- Match orders to shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup
- Keep the packing area stocked, clean, and organized
- Flag any inventory shortages or damaged items
Schedule
- Morning shift, roughly 4 hours per day (approx. [7–11 AM])
- 5 days a week — [Monday–Friday / specific days to be discussed]
What we're looking for
- Dependable and punctual — orders go out every morning, no exceptions
- Detail-oriented; comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
- Able to stand for the full shift and lift up to 25 lbs
- Prior packing, warehouse, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required
