Receptionist

We are currently seek a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at The Manor at York Town. The Manor at York Town is a premier retirement community located in Jamison, PA. Shift Available Part-Time: Every Monday 4:15pm-12:15am AND Every Other Sunday 4:15pm-12:15am Key job responsibilities include Responsible for handling all communications through the Concierge Center. Responsible for handling questions and requests of residents. Responsible for all incoming calls, directing calls to proper parties, taking and distributing messages. Greet and direct all visitors and residents appropriately. Assist those who have requests. Accept packages, logging packages, and notifying residents and staff of package delivery. Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and complete assignments in a timely manner or as required. Must possess and exhibit a strong positive attitude toward customer service and have a genuine interest in geriatric care and uphold the philosophy of the community. Must present a well-groomed appearance and demonstrate a courteous, friendly, patient, and congenial manner at all times. The ability to work under stress and to function effectively with interruptions. Education and Experience High School graduate or equivalent.
