Job Description

A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead perioperative operations and strategic initiatives. This leadership role oversees surgical departments, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership for surgical and perioperative departments
Oversee staffing, budgeting, and operational workflows
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Collaborate with medical staff and hospital leadership
Develop policies and operational best practices
Support staff development and performance management

Qualifications

RN license (preferred)
Experience in surgical services leadership
Strong operational and clinical management skills
Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality metrics
