Affiliate Marketing Lead

To build and own the affiliate and influencer marketing function from the ground up, the full-time remote Affiliate Marketing Lead will design strategies, recruit affiliates and influencers, set commission structures, and drive revenue across a US-focused brand portfolio. Key responsibilities Design and launch the end-to-end affiliate program for D2C and marketplace channels, defining commission structures and selecting tracking platforms Identify, vet, and recruit US-based affiliates and influencers, managing logistics and negotiating contracts to balance fixed fees and performance-based structures Own affiliate channel KPIs, build performance dashboards, and identify top performers to drive retention and optimize conversion rates Required qualifications 3-5+ years of hands-on affiliate or influencer marketing experience managing creators and performance tracking Proven track record of building or significantly growing an affiliate program Strong understanding of commission mechanics and experience managing 100+ affiliates or KOLs Analytical mindset with the ability to build performance dashboards and make data-driven decisions Fluency in English suitable for professional outreach to US-based creators and publishers
