Job Description:

This position involves working as a CT Tech/Rad Tech in a multimodality role at the Murrells Inlet Free-Standing ED. The role is responsible for conducting routine CT and diagnostic X-ray procedures in a small emergency department setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and diagnostic X-ray procedures.
• Handle an average of 10-20 CT/rad exams per shift.
• Utilize GE 64 Slice CT, GE Digital X-ray, and GE portable x-ray equipment.
• Document procedures using the Meditech system.
• Participate in 2 call shifts per month.

Requirements:

• ARRT Rad Tech Certification
• SCQRSA Certification (SC Rad Tech license)
• CT certification preferred; CT experience and knowledge required
• BLS
• Proficient in both CT and Diagnostic radiology
