\n \nWe are seeking a full time Urologist to join a private practice in Henderson Nevada. This role offers 1:6 call, values quality, empathy and availability.

- Patient Volume: Typical Urology Practice \n
- Location : Henderson, Nevada \n
- Practice Setting : Outpatient Urology - Block time at local Hospital \n
- Support / Care Team: Two APPs and MA Team \n
Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive Urology care to a diverse demographic \n
- Manage day-to-day outpatient clinical responsibilities \n
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support teams \n
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives \n
Compensation & Benefits
\n- \n
- $560,000+ first-year total compensation (plus incentives/bonuses) \n
- Percentage of collections Year 2 \n
- Partnership Opportunity \n
- Ability and encouraged to grow sub specialty \n
- Academic Quality of Care in a Community Setting \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Board Certified / Board Eligible \n
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited program (new graduates welcome to apply) \n
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Nevada medical license \n
Living in Greater Las Vegas:

- No state income tax \n
- Over 300 sunny days per year \n
