School Based Mental Health Therapist

*$5,000 RETENTION BONUS*
The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment. The School Based Mental Health (SBMH) Therapist position is responsible for counseling individuals or groups, developing and implementing a therapeutic treatment plan, and providing family support and education. The children who participate in this program are enrolled in counseling and treatment for behavioral issues. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview. Requirements A master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work that includes an internship and a minimum of 6 months of child/adolescent experience. Training on-site could be taken into consideration. Valid driver’s license and be 21 with an insurable driving record to meet driving insurability requirements. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and typing. Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p.
