Job Title: Stockroom AssociateJob Category: LogisticsTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: NoneEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: NoneType of Travel: None* * *The Opportunity:Daily stockroom activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory items in compliance with company policies.Responsibilities:* Support regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize loss.* Collaborate with procurement and other departments to forecast inventory needs and support supply chain initiatives.* Maintain inventory management software to ensure inventory accuracy.* Customer service mindset to collaborate with internal customers to ensure business deliverables are met.* Stockroom or warehouse experience preferred* Ability to work with inventory management systems and ERP toolsQualifications:Required:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to communicate, listen to, and interpret instructions, occasionally operate tools and/or machinery with hands and arms and remain stationary for extended periods of the time. The position may require working with chemicals; the employee will use protective equipment when doing so. The position requires moving between workstations, reaching, replacing equipment, and moving/lifting items. Consult with site EH&S regarding specific weight restrictions.
