We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive is a senior strategic sales leader responsible for managing high-volume retailer business, driving long-term growth initiatives, and influencing divisional sales strategy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

? Lead top-to-top retailer relationships across major accounts
? Drive long-term strategic growth initiatives across categories and channels
? Manage high-volume and complex retailer business
? Lead forecasting, inventory planning, and financial strategy discussions
? Drive expansion opportunities and category growth
? Influence assortment and merchandising direction
? Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and retailer performance
? Partner with executive leadership on strategic business initiatives
? Lead negotiations and high-level retailer discussions
? Mentor and develop junior sales team members
? Present business strategies, forecasts, and growth initiatives internally and externally
? Maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across planning, design, merchandising, production, and customer service
? Operate as a senior business leader within the organization
