Job Description

A Day in the Life 

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team 

• Maintain and evaluate patient and staff data collection systems and processes to support the practice of nursing and delivery of patient care

• Facilitate patient flow on unit as it relates to admissions and discharges

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members 

• Foster and evaluate an environment that empowers and supports staff, including the professional nurse in analysis of assessment data and in decisions to determine relevant diagnoses

Qualifications

What’s Required 

• Active nursing license in the state of Michigan. 

• A BSN is required 

• 2 years relevant experience, 2 years in the specialty area preferred. 

• Charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.

Additional Information

Full-Time: 38.5 hours/week - Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

This position is eligible for a $9,000 sign-on bonus with 2-year employment commitment to Munson Healthcare! Terms and conditions apply.
