As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective speech-language pathology and dysphagia services. Your role will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing education to patients and their families to support ongoing care
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote patient-centered care
• Maintaining effective communication with patients, families, and team members

Requirements for this role include:

• Current unencumbered Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Compliance from the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association, or active participant in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• Need 1 year experience in setting
