Production Operator

Shift SupervisorShift: 11:45 PM-8:15 AM Hourly Rate: $21.25 an hour + $1.00 shift differentialReporting to the Operations Manager, you will operate and support production packaging and processing equipment, sanitation and quality activities, and warehouse operations. You will help maintain throughput, product quality, and safety standards while supporting production goals and driving continuous improvement across the plant.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesOperate assigned production equipment and support packaging, processing, sanitation, quality, and warehouse operations to achieve daily production goals.Partner with Line Leads to support team cross-training, skill development, and operational flexibility.Follow all Job Element Sheets and standard operating procedures while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.Participate in cleaning, sanitation, and audit activities to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and operational requirements.Communicate and collaborate with Line Leads, Maintenance, and other shifts to resolve equipment issues, ensure effective handoffs, and drive plant performance.Complete additional duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Operations Manager.Ingredients Required for Your Success1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environmentCommitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.Physical RequirementsMore information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process.
