CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time

Job Description We are seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading acute care hospital in Sanford, Florida. Schedule Full-Time Day Shift Rotating Weekends On-Call Required (10–15 call shifts per month) Must be able to respond within 30 minutes when on call Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $34.85 – $49.06/hr (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 On-Call Pay: $4.00/hr Time-and-a-half pay when called in Comprehensive Benefits Package Responsibilities Prepare and assess patients before cardiovascular surgical procedures Provide patient and family education regarding surgery and recovery Administer pre-operative medications and IV therapy Participate in surgical time-outs, site verification, and safety protocols Monitor patients and respond to emergencies during the perioperative process Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical techs, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and deliver high-quality patient-centered care Requirements Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Minimum 2 years of recent Acute Care CVOR RN experience BLS required within 30 days of hire ACLS required within 6 months of hire PALS or ENPC required within 6 months of hire ~ES Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
