This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for internal candidates, building and maintaining relationships with external recruiting partners, and developing strong pipelines through school and community engagement. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for connecting people to opportunities and building inclusive hiring strategies. This is an opportunity to be a part of the development team driving the creation of an advanced manufacturing facility and helping to define the future of American manufacturing.Position Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team for Operations. Set team goals, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with HR leader to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals. Partner with department leaders within Operations to understand internal hiring needs and workforce planning. Manage internal job postings, candidate pipelines, and internal mobility programs. Facilitate internal interviews and feedback sessions.Ensure a positive and transparent experience for all potential candidates. Build and manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, staffing firms, and job boards. Track and analyze metrics related to hires and retention. Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, trade schools, and community organizations. Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs. Promote employer brand through community involvement and educational partnerships. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role. Proven experience managing internal mobility and external recruiting vendors. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices. Preferred Skills:Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Knowledge of labor market trends and campus recruiting strategies. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
