In Shoes, you'll help customers find the perfect footwear through personalized service and product expertise, backed by fit specialists and a stockroom built to keep pace with a fast-moving department. Build relationships by understanding customer preferences, presenting curated selections, assisting with fit, buckling and lacing, and creating a seamless experience. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which include reaching for and lifting these items above the head. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds Schedule Hours vary by week based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holiday or event shifts. This role may also require occasional flexibility to support other departments. Pay Range Details The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $18.65 - $18.65 Hourly At Nordstrom, the commission most selling employees receive varies based on the merchandise they sell. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. The commission Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%.
