IVX Health is hiring an experienced RN to support our clinics in Naperville and Lombard, delivering high-quality, patient-centered infusion therapy in a modern, collaborative environment. Schedule & Locations Contract RN | Day Shift (No Nights) Consistent Weekly Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Clinic Coverage: Naperville, IL – Monday and Tuesday Lombard, IL – Thursday Why Join IVX Health (Contract Role) Pathway to Permanent Opportunities – High-performing contract RNs may be considered for permanent roles as openings become available Predictable Day Schedule – Consistent weekly hours with no overnight shifts High-Impact Patient Care – Build strong relationships with patients receiving ongoing therapies Modern Outpatient Environment – Comfortable, patient-focused clinics Specialized Clinical Experience – Work with biologic therapies and advanced infusion treatments Collaborative Team Culture – Partner with experienced nurses, providers, and care teams Work-Life Balance – Enjoy stable scheduling in a low-stress outpatient setting What You’ll Do Administer Infusion Therapy – Deliver IV infusions and injections safely and accurately Assess & Monitor Patients – Evaluate patient conditions and monitor responses during treatment Educate Patients & Families – Provide clear guidance on treatments, side effects, and expectations Ensure Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate EHR records and adhere to HIPAA/OSHA standards Support Clinic Operations – Assist with chart prep, workflow optimization, and inventory management Collaborate Across Teams – Coordinate care with providers and multidisciplinary teams Float Between Clinics – Provide seamless coverage across Naperville and Lombard locations What We’re Looking For Active, unrestricted Illinois RN license BLS certification required (PALS preferred) Strong IV placement and infusion therapy skills (biologics experience preferred) Experience in ambulatory infusion centers, outpatient clinics, or specialty care settings Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory standards Excellent communication and patient care skills Employment Details Employment Type: Contract Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | 7a–5p Setting: Outpatient infusion centers Location: Naperville & Lombard, IL Travel: Local travel between clinics required Pay is based on factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and is benchmarked against similar organizations in our size and industry. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the posted range, as compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
