At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on! **THE ROLE**The Recruiter will own full-cycle searches across Live Nation’s Corporate functions, from intake and calibration through sourcing, assessment, offer and close. Reporting to the Corporate Recruiting Manager, this role requires strong recruiting judgment, deep sourcing capability, and the ability to operate independently and with urgency. We are looking for someone who can build the search strategy, identify the right talent, advise hiring managers, and drive searches forward without waiting for a prescribed playbook.The right candidate is polished, credible, and highly professional, with the presence to engage senior leaders and executive-level candidates. You should represent Live Nation exceptionally well in the market and be able to build trust quickly with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
