We are hiring a bilingual [Spanish/English] Onsite Coordinator to work at our client site in Franklin Park and Addison.
** Mid Shift ** : 12pm to 9:30pm
Monday through Friday + Some Saturdays
This is a full-time, direct-hire position.
** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: **
- Manages the time clock.
- Assists with onboarding of temporary employees.
- Provides EEO, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment/sexual harassment, anti-retaliation training.
- Provides GMP training.
- Review and distribute checks on payday.
- Completes injury reports and D&A screens.
- Assists with HR related duties including providing benefits paperwork, write ups, etc.
** QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: **
- Customer service knowledge.
- Microsoft Word, Excel or Google Doc knowledge.
- Knowledge of staffing trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
