Make a Difference on Election Day

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working with technology, enjoy helping others, and can follow established election procedures. Election Inspectors play an important role in supporting voters and helping the polling place operate effectively. As an Election Inspector, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing voters with a welcoming, organized, and professional voting experience.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and check in voters using the Poll Pad.
• Verify voter information and follow established check-in procedures.
• Announce voter names and, during Primary Elections, announce the voter's party.
• Issue the correct ballot to each voter.
• During Primary Elections, confirm party selection for unenrolled voters and accurately record that selection.
• Guide voters through the polling place, including directing them to available voting booths.
• Answer general questions and provide helpful, courteous assistance to voters.
• Help maintain an organized and orderly polling environment.
• Follow election laws, procedures, and instructions provided by election officials.
• Protect the security and confidentiality of election materials and voter information.
• At the close of voting, provide Poll Pad totals to the Election Warden.
• Work cooperatively with the Election Warden and other election workers throughout the day.

Training is provided to prepare you for your role and ensure you feel confident and ready to serve voters on Election Day.

Schedule & Compensation:
Election Dates : November 3, 2026 & March 30, 2027

• Full Day - (6:30 A.M. - Close) - Full Day Stipend $210.00
• Half Day - (6:30 A.M. - 1:30 P.M. or 1:30 P.M. - Close) - Half Day Stipend $105.00
