Practice Clinical Supervisor , RN - AMG Cardiology Outpatient - Multiple Location

JOB DESCRIPTION

Full Time Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN, Registered Nurse to manage a clinical area alongside other offices. Main work location will be Morristown, Parsippany, Mendham, Bridgewater and Warren. Must have Cardiology experience. Days/ hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am -5:00pm. Principal Accountabilities of Clinical Supervisor, RN: Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans Supervises and provides guidance to Nurses and certified Medical Assistants Conducts phone triaging Oversees medication management Educates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in community education programs. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Other related duties as assigned, coverage as needed. Overseeing clinical schedules in collaboration with Administrative Supervisors Conducts Clinical meetings Maintains clinical productivity reports and provides updates to leadership Visiting offices to check in on clinical staff and clinical operations and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required: Bachelor's required. Valid NJ RN License Preferred: 5+ years of direct clinical experience managing multiple offices 5+ years experience direct Cardiology or related experience Ability to multi-task and handle a lot at once Excellent written and verbal communication Professionalism and confidentiality Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Coverage (22.5 hours per week or above for full-time and part-time team members) Life & AD&D Insurance.
