Landscaper

Landscapers Needed

Express Employment has partnered with a local Huxley, IA company that is seeking additional landscapers to join their team! This is a seasonal position throughout the summer starting at $18/hr, dependent on experience. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of prior landscaping experience.

Environment:

• 1st shift schedule, Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm, there will be options for overtime (10+hrs)
• Casual clothes are preferred, uniform will be given at start of job. Steel Toed boots are required!
• This a small, family-owned business serving the Ames, Des Moines, and other surrounding areas

Duties:

• Operating equipment for jobs such as skid loader, forklift, paver saw and hand and power tools. Training offered!
• Landscaping and hardscape for clients

Skills/Experience Needed:

• Prior experience in landscaping is required
• Knowledge of and ability to follow established safety procedures and practices.
• Prior experience operating a truck and trailer
