- Consistent Schedule: Steady part-time hours (at least 20 hours/week).
- Mon–Thurs: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM & Fri - 2:30-5:30 PM
- Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM.

As the ACD, you are the "right hand" to the Center Director, ensuring both the classroom and the business thrive.
- Sales & Growth: Assist in converting leads into enrollments by promptly responding to inquiries and building trust with families.
- Educational Leadership: Lead and coach the instructional team to deliver individualized math support in a group setting.
- Student Success: Support student assessments, create customized learning plans, and communicate progress effectively to parents.
- Instructional Excellence: Teach and tutor using the Mathnasium Method™ for both in-person and online sessions.
- Operational Management: Become proficient in digital educational tools and assist with administrative tasks to keep the center professional and organized.
- Math Competency: Exceptional proficiency in math (at least through Algebra I ). All candidates must pass a math literacy test.
- The "Closer" Mindset: Ability to balance educational needs with the sales goals of the center.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with families and staff.
- Organized Leader: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to cultivate a positive team environment.
- Requirements: Must be 18+ years old, authorized to work in the US, and able to pass a background check.
