Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist (Spanish)

Job Summary The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at the Mukilteo Commercial Branch Store #728124, located at 12122 Mukilteo Speedway, Mukilteo, WA 98275. This is a full‑time role with pay starting at $23.00 hourly. This role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. Responsibilities This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Wholesale Product Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction, while staying up‑to‑date with product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Wholesale Product Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Background Check Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
