Flexible Hours – Work during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday. Comfortable Working Outdoors – This role requires you to work in various weather conditions. Tech-Savvy – A recent smartphone or tablet. Reliable Vehicle & Driver’s License – Travel to residential properties within your area. Microsoft Excel Familiarity – Basic computer skills are necessary for managing your inspections. Compensation: Independent Contractors – You get paid per inspection. Fees – Vary based on location and inspection type, allowing for higher earning potential as you demonstrate competency. Pay - You can expect to provide services in the equivalent of about 1 full day per week in the field (or a larger quantity of partial days) to successfully handle the demands of the service area (that equates to about $175 per working day based on the $700 monthly average, assuming you complete the orders efficiently).
