• Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and communication
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in education is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
• Provide individualized and small-group support to students with academic or behavioral needs
• Encourage and facilitate student participation and engagement
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom climate
• Support students during classroom transitions, arrival, dismissal, and lunchtime
• Monitor student progress and report feedback to teachers and staff
• Perform light administrative or organizational tasks as requested by school staff
