Grind 24/7 LLC is seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide welcoming, efficient front-line support at our onsite location in Export, PA.

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping create a positive customer experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll manage front desk operations with professionalism, accuracy, and a friendly, service-focused attitude.

This part-time, onsite role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and supporting day-to-day operations.

• Greet visitors and customers, answer phones, and provide information with a helpful, courteous demeanor

• Manage front desk activities including check-in processes and maintaining an orderly reception area

• Schedule and coordinate appointments or requests as needed to support smooth daily operations

• Receive, sort, and distribute deliveries or correspondence according to established procedures

• Assist with basic administrative tasks and maintain accurate records

• Ability to work onsite in Export, PA and support part-time scheduling needs

• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional, courteous manner

• Basic computer and data entry skills with attention to detail

• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively

• Comfort working in a role that involves regular in-person interaction

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception/front desk roles

• Familiarity with handling reservations, appointment coordination, or front desk scheduling

• Experience supporting administrative workflows in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods

Hourly rate: $8.00 - $10.00
