We are seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Field Investigator to join our team and assist with investigating personal injury claims from the initial stages of a case through litigation.

The Personal Injury Field Investigator will be responsible for conducting field investigations, gathering evidence, locating and interviewing witnesses, documenting accident scenes, and assisting our attorneys, case managers, and legal staff in building strong personal injury cases.

This position requires someone who is comfortable working independently, traveling to various locations, communicating professionally with clients and witnesses, and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct field investigations related to personal injury and motor vehicle accident claims.
• Visit accident locations, businesses, residences, and other relevant locations to gather information and evidence.
• Photograph and document accident scenes, property damage, road conditions, signage, surveillance cameras, and other relevant evidence.
• Locate, identify, and interview potential witnesses.
• Obtain witness statements and relevant contact information.
• Search for and identify potential sources of surveillance footage.
• Assist with locating defendants, witnesses, and other individuals relevant to a case.
• Communicate findings clearly and accurately to attorneys and case management staff.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports and maintain organized records of all findings.
• Assist with obtaining photographs, documents, videos, and other evidence.
• Follow up with witnesses, businesses, property owners, and other third parties as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and case information.
• Travel throughout the Odessa area and surrounding locations as required.
• Perform other investigative and case-support duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required .
• Previous experience in personal injury investigations, insurance investigations, claims, law enforcement, legal support, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of personal injury claims and/or the legal process is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct professional interviews and obtain accurate information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Comfortable working in the field and traveling to different locations.
• Ability to use smartphones, cameras, GPS/navigation applications, and basic computer software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation .
• Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Pay is based on experience .
