Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will work closely with bench consultants to identify suitable job opportunities, market their profiles to clients and vendors, and negotiate rates and employment terms. Daily responsibilities include actively sourcing requirements from job portals and vendor networks, updating and maintaining consultant pipelines, and submitting qualified profiles in a timely manner. The role involves building and managing relationships with existing and new clients, coordinating interviews, following up on feedback, and supporting the onboarding process. The Bench Sales Recruiter will also track market trends, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to meet placement targets and ensure high service quality. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong bench sales and US IT recruitment skills, including experience working with US tax terms (C2C, W2) and visa types. Candidates should possess sourcing and networking skills, such as using job portals, social media, and vendor networks to identify requirements and market consultants. Candidates should possess negotiation and relationship-building skills to manage client and vendor communications, rate discussions, and long-term partnerships. Candidates should possess communication and documentation skills, including clear written and verbal English and accurate record-keeping in recruitment systems. Relevant experience in US staffing or bench sales, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment, is highly beneficial.
