Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will work full-time in a partner school providing individualized and small-group academic support in core subjects, reinforcing classroom instruction, and tracking student progress. You will build positive relationships, mentor students on attendance, behavior, and social-emotional skills, and collaborate with teachers to identify student needs. In City Year’s inclusive, service-oriented culture, you’ll receive training, coaching, and professional development while making a measurable impact on students’ success and school climate.
