You love the opportunity to exceed expectations- and be rewarded for your contribution to the company!Job SummaryThe Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) supports overall studio operations and customer experience, & customer satisfaction. This leadership role includes team supervisory responsibilities, administrative support, and contribution to studio and individual sales goals. During retail hours, the ASM is a front-line support for present clients and team members - from efficient check in/out and session flow to on-the-spot soft skills coaching. While not present on the studio floor, the ASM tracks and solves escalated customer issues, participates in strategy to improve performance, and helps in resource allocation.
