Description:

Trax Construction is a family owned and operated business that has been serving the Colorado Springs community for over 30 years! We are currently looking for experienced Asphalt Workers . We offer competitive salary, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k , Short term and Long term disability, Employee Assistance Program, + more benefits and a great family environment. We have year round work. Starting at $15 an hour depending on experience. Experienced laborers with more than 2 years of experience can start at $23 an hour .

Requirements

1 or more years experience in the asphalt industry skilled in all aspects of asphalt labor.
Ability to use tools such as shovels, brooms, and asphalt rakes.
Ability to operate asphalt-related equipment a plus.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Extensive knowledge of safety standards/precautions pertaining to field construction.
Must be safety and customer focused.
Must work well with others.
Must be dependable.
Must pass drug and alcohol test.
