Closed-door pharmacy setting – no walk-ins, no retail chaos No vaccines or controlled substances Build real relationships with patients and care teams Work with advanced therapies like IVIG, Biologics, and Alpha-1 What You’ll Do Review patient charts and labs for therapy appropriateness Communicate with patients and caregivers to provide education and support Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and internal staff Compound and verify sterile products Coordinate with home health nurses for infusion setup Ensure accurate and timely pharmacy deliveries Manage inventory and maintain pharmacy organization Qualifications Pharmacology, medication therapy management, and patient counseling skills Experience in collaborating with healthcare providers and developing care plans Strong inventory management and quality assurance skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution State licensure as a Pharmacist in Connecticut Experience with home infusion services is a plus What We’re Looking For Licensed Pharmacist with at least 3 years of experience Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Passion for patient-centered care Pay rate: $55 to $65 per hour Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
