6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Agape of Appleton, a non-profit human services agency providing residential support services to individuals with differing abilities, is seeking a highly experienced individual to lead all aspects of our Adult Family Home as a Residential Case Manager. This leadership position is instrumental in providing case management, program management, staff supervision, and direct care to individuals with complex behavioral support needs.
