Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

Staff RN – Nursing

Schedule: 7pm - 7:30am

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous Registered Nursing experience preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for each patient according to the nursing process.
• Provide education for patients and families/significant others throughout the admission and discharge process.
• Document nursing processes accurately, thoroughly, and legibly.
• Administer medications and perform treatments safely and accurately.
• Notify the physician of significant observations and changes in patient status.
• Ensure availability of equipment and supplies for patient care, reporting any malfunctions to the appropriate department.
