Enjoy flexible, part-time contract opportunities near Eden Prairie, with schedules ranging from approximately 18–26 hours per week (2.5–3.5 days); one position even carries full-time potential in the future.

You’ll help students succeed by fostering supportive environments and collaborating with educational staff, families, and communities. Working typical school hours (8am–4pm), you’ll apply your expertise across various assignments—locations to be confirmed. Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Education Specialist, Doctoral degree, or equivalent in School Psychology
• Possession of a current Minnesota school psychologist license (PELSB)
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusive practices, and culturally responsive service delivery
• Proficiency with evidence-based assessments, interventions, and mental health support systems
• Preferred: National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility
• Experience with MTSS/consultation, problem-solving, and intervention supports
• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills to partner with educators and influence positive change
• Understanding of crisis prevention/intervention and mental health best practices
• Knowledge of federal and MN special education laws and compliance requirements
• Successful experience in urban or multicultural educational environments strongly desired

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative psychological services to K-12 students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for special education eligibility
• Collaborate on intervention plans and support systems within the MTSS model
• Participate in child study, IEP, and school-based teams
• Provide crisis intervention and postvention when needed
