Travel Registered Nurse – Utilization Review (Remote)

Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Facility: Lee Health – Corporate Center
Department: Utilization Management
Contract: 13 weeks with possible extension
Start Date: October 26, 2026
End Date: January 23, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Position Type: Travel Contract – Remote

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• Every 5th weekend rotation

• No on-call requirement

• 40 guaranteed hours per week

• Overtime after 40 hours/week, based on applicable differential

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum 2 years of Utilization Management/Utilization Review experience

• CCM or CMCN certification required

• Experience working with providers , not only insurance payers

• Epic EMR experience required

• Dragonfly UM tool experience required

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred

• Previous remote-work experience preferred

• Strong computer and technology skills

• Degree accreditation verification required or 5 years of relevant experience

• Ability to float to other sister campuses as needed

• Must be willing to function as part of the core team and adapt to facility workflows
