Sales Experience Manager - Atlanta

Overview Richemont, a global leader in luxury retail, has several iconic houses, including Cartier. Cartier North America builds on this heritage while fostering innovation, creativity, and inclusive collaboration across its boutiques. Key Responsibilities Lead business development for the boutique by creating and nurturing client relationships and memorable moments for visitors. Drive the sales and care service team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Master boutique operations and assess local market opportunities to implement proactive sales strategies. Implement effective client strategies to build genuine relationships that generate increased business opportunities. Partner with boutique leadership on CRM efforts such as client outreach, data capture, and repurchase rate enhancement. Lead and promote networking activities for the boutique team. Act as the point of contact for visiting stylists and press photo shoots in collaboration with the PR team. Develop prestige partnership strategies to grow prestige sales and expand the VIP client strategy. Support and partner with sales and care teams on escalated client matters to ensure optimal solutions. Collaborate with corporate partners (Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, etc.) to communicate key messages and business opportunities. Lead and delegate boutique projects such as inventories, audits, and operational reviews. Partner with the Operations Manager to streamline operations and manage controllable operating expenses. Prepare regular sales reporting and analysis, including monthly qualitative business development reports. Participate in daily boutique setup and breakdown for opening and closing as needed. Motivate and support boutique staff; conduct team meetings to communicate brand initiatives and industry insights. Educate and inspire the team with Maison knowledge and market trends. Perform administrative and HR tasks: commission accuracy checks, scheduling, payroll, and overtime management. Actively recruit and maintain a talent pipeline. Identify training and coaching opportunities and collaborate with corporate partners to implement coaching plans. Lead performance management with scheduled individual meetings, biannual reviews, and development discussions. Uphold Cartier standards by projecting approachability, professionalism, and a positive team environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (desirable). Additional language skills. 8–10 years of management experience, especially in luxury retail or hospitality. Proven experience managing direct reports. Available to work retail hours, weekends, and for training or client events. Previous experience with SAP (preferred). Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. Enthusiastic approach with clients and colleagues. Entrepreneurial spirit to build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships. Creative mindset to motivate and develop the team. Collaborative attitude and a “can‑do” mindset. Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities.
