Senior Associate, Investments

Aligned Climate Capital is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Investments team. This role involves working on solar and clean energy projects, from financial modeling to portfolio management. What You’ll Do Build and maintain detailed financial models for investment opportunities. Support origination efforts and prepare investment memorandums. Negotiate and manage key contracts related to project acquisition. Track and report on market and regulatory developments. Assist in fundraising and investor reporting. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or project finance. Strong financial modeling skills. Experience with M&A, structured finance, and joint venture transactions. Understanding of energy regulatory frameworks and policy incentives.
